SVPD Pediatric Dental Membership Plan
Our in-house membership plan gives your family access to quality pediatric dental care at reduced fees — without the hassle of insurance. This is not dental insurance; it's a simple, affordable plan exclusively for our practice with no annual maximums, deductibles, waiting periods, or pre-authorizations.

Terms & Limitations
- This is a yearly plan. The effective date is the day you sign the agreement, and the plan expires 1 year after the agreement date.
- One-time initial setup fee of $40.
- We will release you from the contract in 6-month intervals if you are not satisfied, if you obtain insurance, or if you move out of the area.
- You are still eligible for financing through CareCredit (0% interest for 12 months) on any amount over $300, including the cost of this plan.
- You can use your HSA for this plan.
- Fees for procedures are due at time of service less the 30% discount as applicable.
- A few procedures and products, including third-party sedation fees, are not eligible for discounts.
- Family plans can only cover dependents in the household.
- Rates are subject to change yearly with inflation.
This is not dental insurance. Enrolling in our membership plan gives you the opportunity to receive your child's dental treatment exclusively at our practice for reduced fees. It cannot be combined with dental insurance or other reduced-fee dental plans. Contact our office to enroll or learn more.

What if we don't have dental insurance?
We offer several options for families without insurance. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. We also partner with CareCredit, which offers 0% interest for 12 months on any amount over $300. Our in-house SVPD Pediatric Dental Membership Plan provides two cleanings/exams per year, fluoride, X-rays, and emergency exams at no charge, plus 30% off other procedures. HSA payments are also accepted.
When is payment due?
Payment for the estimated patient portion is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. For larger treatment plans, CareCredit financing offers 0% interest for 12 months on amounts over $300. You can also use your HSA or FSA.
Do you have an in-house membership plan?
Yes! Our SVPD Pediatric Dental Membership Plan starts at $20/month ($200/year) for one child and includes two cleanings and exams per year, fluoride treatments, necessary X-rays, and two emergency exams at no additional charge. Other procedures receive a 30% discount. There are no annual maximums, deductibles, waiting periods, or pre-authorizations. Family rates are available for 2 or more children. There is a one-time $40 setup fee. The plan cannot be combined with dental insurance. Contact our office to enroll.
