Our Core Values: Caring for each little TIKE

At South Valley Pediatric Dentistry, we make it our goal to exhibit excellence in all aspects of our practice. While individual team members may sometimes fall short, we constantly seek to improve as individuals and as a team. With that goal in mind our staff has collaborated to define our  core values.

As we brainstormed words to describe our practice, several themes began to emerge: Teamwork, Integrity, Kindness, and Expertise. These four values describe how our staff aims to care for our patients, and we keep them in mind as we serve your family, expand our practice, and improve our services.

The chart above features all of the brainstormed aspects of our company culture along with which value they help define. We believe that truly excellent patient care requires all of these and try to offer each and every one of the qualities above to our incredible patient base. You deserve the best!
